Please review the updated procedures for reporting suspected child abuse or neglect to DFCS.

Imminent Danger:

 If you feel the child is in imminent danger and requires immediate intervention for protection, call 911 immediately.

* When filing a report, please complete the following steps:

1. Fill out Mandated Reporter Form
   
2. Save and submit a report for MFTS Records using DFCS Reporting Internal Record
   
3. Email or fax the Georgia Mandated Reporter form to 229-317-9663 or cpsintake@dhs.ga.gov.
